Humility is a great personal trait, but underselling yourself in the job market is a regrettable thing. The professional landscape is constantly changing, with new processes and technologies contributing to the challenge of staying on top of the market. While that rapid rate of change may be intimidating, it is a clear mistake to let yourself fall behind. If you have the means and the opportunity, consider going back to school to further your education. Seek out challenging and interesting courses, certificate programs, or just work toward educating yourself about the latest trends and tools that will make you more effective on the job.
